After a while he started to turn around so I pulled even harder but he just started walking away and if i let go of his neck he would have been free. I called to my friend Anslie to came and hold him so I could put on his lead. But she kept on trying to send one of the campers over to help but all of them were at least eight or under and couldn't hold a horse still so eventually she came over and had to restrain him so i could put his lead on.
I led him farther into the pasture this time then ran to the gate to shut it. When i was leading him back to the pasture i realized that the gate was open and was so scared a horse would escape again but luckily all the horses were out farther in the pasture.
I also got to ride him BAREBACK up the hill! My friend Anslie also got to. When I was leading Eeyore for her to ride he stepped on the rim of my shoe, not my shoe. it was scary.

I love reading your blog! Thanks for updating. You are so fortunate to be around these horses and be able to ride. I always enjoyed riding horses, the few times I was able to. I have just one question - the fly spray. Sugar water?? Love you!
flies don't like water, and i'm not sure about the sugar part. can't remember. :)
